At Bleacher Babe Co., every item is handmade and created just for you! Because each piece is customized with your selected garment, school, team colors, player name, number, or other personalized details, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom orders.

We encourage you to carefully review all of your selections before placing your order. Bleacher Babe Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Once your order has been placed, production begins specifically for your custom design.

If We Make a Mistake

We take great pride in our work. If you receive an item with an error made by Bleacher Babe Co. (such as the wrong personalization, incorrect garment, or a production defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If the error is determined to be ours, we will gladly remake or replace your item at no additional cost.

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item so we can help resolve the issue.
