If We Make a Mistake

We take great pride in our work. If you receive an item with an error made by Bleacher Babe Co. (such as the wrong personalization, incorrect garment, or a production defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the error is determined to be ours, we will gladly remake or replace your item at no additional cost.

Damaged During Shipping

To preserve the quality and appearance of your custom fan gear, we recommend ..

Deodorizing Spray: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray it only on the inside lining of the jacket. The vinegar smell will completely disappear as it dries, taking bad odors with it.

Targeted Spot Cleaning: If there is a spill on the unpainted denim, dab a tiny drop of dish soap onto a damp cloth. Tap only the stain. Blot it dry immediately with a clean towel.

Please do not:

• Machine wash

• Hand wash

• Tumble dry

• Dry clean

• Bleach

• Iron directly over patches, appliqués, or embellishments

These materials are delicate and may become damaged, loosen, or discolor if washed or exposed to high heat.
